The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing knowledgeable, professional and efficient service to clients. Excellent communication skills, in depth knowledge of our products and programs, accuracy & efficiency of data entry, education with clients, and problem solving will be key expectations in the role.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Assist with order entry
  • Assist with return authorization
  • Assist with inventory and backorder inquiries
  • Assist with shipment claims
  • Assist with product inquiries & concerns
  • Assist with selling strategies
  • Assist with updates of account details & client information in ERP system
  • Leverage Social Media avenues to maximize brand exposure
  • Uphold and represent Community Cosmetic’s Core Values

Required Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medium to high computer competency—working with Shopify systems Microsoft Office experience a plus
  • Cosmetology License is a plus, but not required

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate organizational & time management skills
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy with written communication and data entry required
